Introduction
I do hope that you are enjoying your journey of discovery regarding these Epistles, for it has been very challenging, to say the least, especially if you were, like me in the past, one who was delusionally very sure of their genuineness.
So without further ado let’s press on, for this chapter is even more tricky than the preceding chapters, in that it needs to be looked at from both angles, to see if it works from a genuine perspective or a forger’s perspective.
1 (MCV) Now the Set Apart Exclusive Spirit speaks distinctly, that in the last days some shall depart from The Faith, giving heed to the seducing spirits of The Cainite-Judeo-Christian Religion with their teachings of The Adversary;
(KJV) Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2 (MCV) Speaking lies in hypocrisy (those of The Synagogue of Satan); having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
(KJV) Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
Like these people here:
John 6:65-66 (MCV) And He said, Therefore said I unto you, that NO MAN can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. 66 From that revelation many of His Learners went back, and walked no more with Him.
1 Timothy 4:1-2 (KJV) Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from The Faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
1 Timothy 4:1-2 Notes — (a) Now what do we have here? For if this forger is a Hellenising philosopher, (and I think we can be fairly sure of that, based upon all the proof I have provided in my notes on 1 Timothy chapters 1, 2 and 3), therefore we cannot take these verses as written, and apply them as if written about The Set Apart Exclusive Spirit (The Holy Spirit). Therefore, by default, we’re dealing with another spirit. So let’s take a closer look:
1) We have a Spirit, but not called The Set Apart Exclusive (Holy) Spirit which: “speaks expressly,” this word should be ‘distinctly’; 2) and this term ‘speaks expressly’ can be found nowhere else in The KJV Bible; 3) To whom is this spirit speaking? Is it supposed to be Timothy? for we know from my article: “Exposing The Trinity Lie” (see link No. 1 below) that Yashua Messiah is the Comforter and that HE speaks to us through His Set Apart Exclusive Spirit, so it’s never the Set Apart Exclusive speaking of its own volition. So this verse is telling us that the forger is also a Trinitarian, which Paul was not – so no surprises there then (see link No. 2 below).
1 Timothy 4:1-2 Notes — (b) We then have him talking about people leaving The Faith! but what faith is he alluding to? For if it’s his bogus religious faith, that is, his faith in his Hellenising Cainite RELIGION, the people he will be referring to as leavers are True Believers, who have sussed out his religious humbug and are leaving in order to protect themselves from his doctrines of devils.
However, if genuine, these verses are prophetically true if we’re speaking of the Set Apart Exclusive Spirit, and not another spirit, so they could be Paul’s plagiarised words, and used by the forger to give his work some validity, so this passage could be taken either way.
3 (MCV) Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from certain foods, which Yah hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know The Truth.
(KJV) Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
4 (MCV) For every creature of Yah is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
(KJV) For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
5 (MCV) For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
(KJV) For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
1 Timothy 4:3-4 (KJV) Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know The Truth. 4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: 5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
1 Timothy 4:3–5 Notes — (a) Then we have a dig at the future Roman Cult with their enforced celibacy for their fake priests, followed by a dig at the Canaanite Jews with their Judaising, law obeying, dietary rituals. So these verses could be from Paul’s hand and used by the forger for his own ends.
6 (MCV) If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good servant of Yashua Messiah, nourished up in The Sayings of Faith and of sound teaching, whereunto thou hast progressed.
(KJV) If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.
1 Timothy 4:6 (KJV) If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.
1 Timothy 4:6 Notes — (a) I have no issues with verse 6, and I have edited it for my MCV version.
7 (MCV) But refuse heathen and old wives’ fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.
(KJV) But refuse profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.
8 (MCV) For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
(KJV) For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
1 Timothy 4:7-8 (KJV) But refuse profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness. 8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
1 Timothy 4:7-8 Notes — (a) Here we get another dig at the Canaanite Jews: “With their Talmud being stuffed full of the most ridiculous and profane fables that ever disgraced the human intellect.” – Adam Clarke’s Commentary.
1 Timothy 4:7-8 Notes — (b) We then have use of that wretched religious word ‘godliness = piety’ once more, which I dealt with earlier – please revise if you’re not sure. I have therefore removed it from my MCV Bible as it is just irrelevant religious nonsense.
9 (MCV) This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
(KJV) This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
1 Timothy 4:9 (KJV) This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
1 Timothy 4:9 Notes — (a) Is this verse referring to the preceding verses or those that follow? If it’s the preceding verses I would refer you to my comments above for your consideration.
1 Timothy 4:9 Notes — (b) If it’s referring to the verses that follow, then I will refer you to my article: “Why Are There Two Resurrections?” (see link No. 3 below).
10 (MCV) For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living Yahavah Yashua Messiah, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe, (again see link No. 3 below).
(KJV) For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.
11 (MCV) These things instruct and teach.
(KJV) These things command and teach.
1 Timothy 4:10-11 (KJV) For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe. 11 These things command and teach.
1 Timothy 4:10-11 Notes — (a) Again, these verses are fine, but always remembering that they are referring to the forger’s future plans of building a counterfeit religious edifice known as the Cainite-Judeo-Christian Religion and not Yashua Messiah’s true Ecclesia. This is one of those numerous occasions where his narrative fits both scenarios – the genuine and the fake.
12 (MCV) Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example to the believers, in sayings, in behaviour, in agape Love, in the Set Apart Exclusive Spirit, in Faith, in sexual purity.
(KJV) Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
13 (MCV) Till I come, give attendance to vain book learning, to piteous begging and to doctrinal nonsense.
(KJV) Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
14 (MCV) Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy (nonsense), with the laying on of the hands (no mention of baptism) of the presbytery (the Nicolaitan court – religious hierarchies).
(KJV) Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.
15 (MCV) Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.
(KJV) Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.
16 (MCV) Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
(KJV) Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
1 Timothy 4:12-16 (KJV) Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 13 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. 14 Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. 15 Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. 16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
1 Timothy 4:12-16 Notes — (a) OK, I have lumped these last five verses together due to the fact that they’re all Hellenising religious hogwash verses – they are nothing but religious humbug!
They start off with Paul allegedly advising Timothy who, again allegedly, is a youth, when earlier Paul was alleged to have said “DO NOT MAKE A NOVICE A DEACON”!!! So what kind of inconsistency and duplicity is this? if we’re expected to believe that Timothy, as a youth, was appointed to be a messenger along side Paul!? Then we get supposed exhortations from Paul to Timothy telling him how to behave? I mean, come on!! Is this fella a born of Yah Christian or not? or is Paul now telling him to observe the basics as if he is a novice and knows NOTHING!!
1 Timothy 4:12-16 Notes — (b) Oh yes, then we get a religious jargon humdinger: “give attendance to reading” Oh yeah? reading what? I might ask. Easy, his favourite Hellenising philosopher. If this was supposed to be an instruction to read The Scriptures, Paul would have said that, and would have been specific, but he wasn’t! However, it wasn’t Paul for he didn’t write this religious philosophical garbage.
1 Timothy 4:12-16 Notes — (c) “Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.” Given thee BY WHAT!? Take note: The Set Apart Exclusive Spirit is given to us by The Yahhead, either by The Father or Yashua Messiah, not by prophecy. This event may have been prophesied, but that is not the determining factor. Baptism comes FIRST and then the laying on of hands, and they are the determining factors. Oh and how do we neglect the gift that is in us? Who is in charge here? I won’t event bother mentioning the word ‘presbytery’ for that silly religious word speaks for itself.
1 Timothy 4:12-16 Notes — (d) in verse 15 we get use of the word ‘meditation’ but they forgot the Yoga!! LOL. OK I’m being deliberately facetious here, but I am sure you get my drift. Finally in verse 16 we then get the coffin nail give away: “for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.”
Hey guys, we now have nothing to worry about, for WE ARE saving ourselves, and those that hear us!! Boy! I had no idea that we were that powerful! – NOT!
